Get ready for a truly meaningful run through nature and community! The Sabi Sand Trail Run will make its debut on 30 August 2025 in Huntington Village, a vibrant rural community bordering the renowned Sabi Sand Nature Reserve and Kruger National Park. This is more than just a run — it’s a celebration of communities and conservation.

Participants can choose from four race options:

  • Wild Dog (5 km) – R300

  • Rhino (10 km) – R375

  • Pangolin (21 km) – R500 (Sabi Sand residents get a discounted rate of R425; limited to 80 entries)

  • Virtual Run – from R75, for those joining from afar

Registration opens at 06:00 and entries can be made online at www.lacticacid.co.za, where you can also sponsor a community runner and help make a difference.

Hosted in collaboration with Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, Pfunanani Trust, and key partners like Lactic Acid Events and Good Work Foundation (GWF), this event supports local development and conservation awareness.

Don’t miss this inspiring trail run with a purpose — run for nature, run for people, run for change.
