Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre White River’s Most Unique Shopping & Dining Destination
Located just outside Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre on the R40, this well-known Lowveld destination combines shopping, restaurants, art, entertainment and gardens in one relaxed setting. It has become one of the most popular stops for visitors staying in White River and travelling between Mbombela, Hazyview and Kruger National Park.
Originally developed on an old mango farm, the centre today is known for its landscaped gardens, independent shops, boutique atmosphere and strong connection to local art and creativity. A few mango trees are still present in the central courtyard.

The Casterbridge Tourist Information Office has was permanently closed in 2026. The function of the tourist office is now done from the KLCBT offices at The Crossing Nelspruit. Their phones number are 013 755 1988 and 103 750 1073
Sable Valley Coffee
Sabie Valley coffee has rebranded as Bucklands Cofee and moved to White River Garden Pavilion, just off Danie Joubert Street / Drakensberg Street. The still offer the same delicious locally grown coffee. The new coffee shop is in a lovely garden setting.
